Our Peer Review and Publication Process
JSPRC uses the double-blind reviewing process that takes the following steps:
Step 1: A preliminary review for the submitted article is done by the Editor-in-Chief, and a notification of the adequacy and acceptability is communicated to the author immediately. This step determines whether the article is accepted or rejected.
Step 2: When accepted, the author will be requested to pay the publication fee. Upon payment, a formal acceptance letter is issued to the author. Thereafter, the article will be sent to two reviewers for proper review.
Step 3: Recommendations from the reviewers will determine the adjustments required to have the article published.
Step 4: For papers requiring adjustments, our editors will follow up to ensure that the changes and corrections are effected were necessary. Author/Corresponding Author will be notified about the possible date of publication.
Step 5: Upon publication, the authors will be issued with links to their publication, a pdf copy of the publication and a publication certificate.
Step 6: Authors requiring hardcopy print of the issue in which their paper appears can make orders and this will be processed on demand.
